CRD is a charitable institution of the Church of South India, South Kerala Diocese, serving children and persons with disabilities in Thiruvananthapuram.

CRD began in April 1974 with five children affected by polio. In 2002, the former Polio Home was integrated with the Cerebral Palsy Home and renamed the Centre for Rehabilitation of the Disabled.
Today, CRD brings together a Care Home, Special School, rehabilitation support, developmental activities, community outreach and skill development under one mission.
We seek the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and vocational development of every person entrusted to our care.
Our work is shaped by dignity, inclusion, safeguarding, responsible stewardship and partnership with families and communities.
Residential care, nutrition, daily support, wellbeing and a secure community of belonging.
Individualised education, developmental support, therapy-linked learning and family participation.
CRD serves under the pastoral and administrative leadership of CSI South Kerala Diocese; Rev. Dr. Adv. Stephens Justin Raj serves as Director.
